Our Gaskets are manufactured from oxygen-free, high-conductivity copper and are specifically designed for UHV applications. Fittings can be used for connecting different parts of the UHV system. Our pressure measurement products are designed to operate from atmospheric pressure to 1x10-10 mbar. The IGC5 controller can run a Pirani Gauge and Ion Gauge, covering the wide range of operating pressures encountered when taking a system down to UHV environments.
