Rotary Drive Manual DN38CF
The RD1 is a manual or motorised high precision rotary drive, with a 256mm shaft length. The RD1 is fitted with Index scale, rotation stops and position lock. We also offer a custom shaft extension with bearing housing to suit custom requirements. The RD1 is low backlash, with smooth continuous primary rotation via a 9.5 mm diameter shaft.

Cross 6 Way DN64 1 Fixed (Straddled) & 1 Rot/Axis
Six way cross with flanges equally spaced at 90° to each other. On each axis, one of the flanges is fixed and the other is rotatable. The fixed flange comes in two versions of bolt hole orientation, inline or straddled configuration, enabling the connection in any orientation of the vacuum equipment.

Linear Drive 100mm Travel Step Motor+Lim Switch Wired DN38CF
The LDS series is linear motion push-pull device with incremental displacement via a index drive knob. It has travel lengths of 25mm to 150mm with a smooth, reliable motion. The LDS series has two flange sizes, the 34mm and 70mm OD and two in vacuum component mount sizes. These can be manual or motorised with the option of microswitches where automation is required.

The MRD6 is a manual or motorised magnetic rotary drive which uses high strength Sm2Co17 magnetic coupling to transfer rotational forces into the vacuum envelope. This is achieved without any dynamic seals or bellows making these devices exceptionally robust and no risk of a vacuum leak for the life of the drive. The MRD6 is fitted with Index scale and position lock.
