We are now recruiting for Quality Data Admin Assistant, to provide comprehensive administration support to our quality department.
The main requirements of your role will be:

To prepare and file “Quality” documentation packs for customer and internal records

Check accuracy and completeness of documents

File documents in both physical and digital storage

Effectively interact with colleagues

Ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to

Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

Proven experience in an administrative/data entry role

Proficiency in computerised office systems

Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
Desirable Skills and Experience
The skills and experience we would like the employee in this role to have are:

Previous exposure working in a manufacturing and assembly organisation

Engineering competence in relation to machining and assembly and a suitable level of product and organisational familiarisation is a distinct advantage
