Non-Magnetic Transfer Probes
The linear rack and pinion design provides an extremely accurate method of linear travel within the vacuum chamber, with an optional secondary rotation shaft for azimuthal movement. Non-Magnetic Transfer Probe devices are designed for applications requiring low magnetic permeability. The LRP and RLRP is fitted with an additional port which can be used for differential pumping to maintain stable pressure within the chamber. Motorisation options are available on request.
