Rotary Platforms

Rotary platforms provide a means of translation into the vacuum vessel without compromising on vacuum integrity. Differentially pumped rotary feedthroughs (DPRF) are of annular construction to enable a probe or similar device to be inserted into a UHV environment and rotated. The RP100 100mm clear bore is designed primarily for use with Cryostat applications, as the large bore size can be fitted to the Omniax Widebore.

Rotary Platform RP100 Dual Stage Differentially Pumped Rotary Feedthrough with 100mm Clear Bore, Designed for Omniax Widebore Manipulator

The DPRF25 is a single stage differentially pumped rotary feedthrough which comes in a variety of actuations with encoded stepper motor options available. The 25mm clear bore is our smallest design and can be fitted onto the HPT-RX. 

The DPRF55 is a dual stage differentially pumped rotary feedthrough which comes in a variety of actuations with encoded stepper motor options available. The 55mm clear bore can be fitted onto the majority of our manipulation range. The RP100 is a dual stage differentially pumped rotary feedthrough, which was primarily designed for use with the Omniax Widebore Manipulator to provide 100mm clear bore into the vacuum vessel.
