Differentially Pumped Rotary Feedthrough - RP100

The RP100 is a differentially pumped rotary platform (RP) available in coarse, manual high precision and motorised high precision options. Rotary platforms require minimal system space at only 43mm and are designed to be used with the Wide Bore Omniax sample manipulator. Mounted on a 152mm OD CF flange with 102.5mm clear bore and two 34mm OD CF pumping ports on the base flange. The RP100 allows for a instrumentation such as a large cryostat to be inserted and continuously rotated within the vacuum chamber without effect on the ambient chamber pressure. A high capacity load permits up to 120kg pay loads to be tolerated. PTFE seals can be replaced upon maintenance service intervals to prolong the life of the rotary feedthrough.
