Bellows Sealed UHV Rotary Drive

The ZRD2 is our flagship primary and secondary rotary drive, designed for use with our XYZ sample manipulation range. This high precision drive offers 0.1° manual resolution on primary and 0.02° on azimuthal travel. Azimuthal travel has two options with 12mm and 24mm linear travel which gives up to ±180° azimuthal movement on the sample holder. This drive can be used for extremely accurate applications and offers low angular backlash at ±1°. Mounted on 70mm OD CF Flange with 9.52mm OD, 256mm standard length shaft with 3.17mm OD azimuthal secondary shaft.
