Magnetically Coupled Transfer Probe - MLRV

UHV Sample Transfer Device

The ZMLRV is a high power magnetically coupled transfer probe which offers linear and rotary motion. The device provides smooth sample movement within the vacuum chamber and can be mounted in any orientation. A guide bar and extension handle can be fitted to the MLRV to allow a single user to look into the chamber whilst operating the device over long travel distances.
