Ultra High Vacuum Instrument Rotation

Differentially pumped rotary feedthroughs are available in coarse, manual high precision and motorised high precision options. Mounted on 70mm, 114mm and 152mm OD base flanges, we offer a DPRF to suit each of our sample manipulators. The DPRF allows for instrumentation such as a cryostat or cold finger to be inserted and continuously rotated within the vacuum chamber without effect on the ambient chamber pressure. This module removes the risk of wiring becoming entangled or damaged during rotation.
