Omniax Widebore UHV Sample Manipulator
The Omniax Widebore is a fully UHV compatible dual bellows manipulator with a 100mm clear bore; making it ideal for wide probes, large sample holders or large capacity cryostats. The rigidity of the design makes it possible to maintain the precision and repeatability without the use of an inner support tube.
The separate bellows in the XY stage allows you to maintain a full ±25mm XY travel, regardless of your position or probe size. A rotary platform can provide primary rotation and can be fitted to the travelling flange or the base flange.
