Viewports
VACGEN offer a complete range of UHV compatible viewports to suit all clean and UHV applications. They have a wide angle of vision, maximum protection from accidental damage and minimum transmission of strain from flange bolts.
The standard range of Kodial® viewports covers the visible spectrum. Sapphire and Quartz versions cover the ultra-violet and infra-red regions respectively. Zero length viewports do not protrude beyond the mounting flange making them less prone to accidental damage.
- Sapphire Wide View 304L DN38CF Viewport8 to 10 weeks delivery£742.72A zero length viewport has a thickness no larger than that of its mounting flange. It provides a wide angle viewing window for your vacuum chamber as there are no tubulation walls to restrict observation. Manufactured using Sapphire, these viewports are used in high temperature high transmission applications.
- Quartz Fused Silica 304L DN38CF Viewport8 to 10 weeks delivery£489.01A zero length viewport has a thickness no larger than that of its mounting flange. It provides a wide angle viewing window for your vacuum chamber as there are no tubulation walls to restrict observation. Manufactured using high purity fused silica quartz.
- Kodial 304L DN16CF Viewport8 to 10 weeks deliveryA zero length viewport has a thickness no larger than that of its mounting flange. This makes it easier to protect from accidental damage. It provides the best angle of view as there are no tubulation walls to restrict observation. Kodial viewports are offered in CF flange styles. The viewports comprise borosilicate glass optic which is sealed to a Kovar weld ring using an induction heater process. The optic assemblies are helium leak tested and cleaned for ultra high vacuum (UHV) conditions.
- Kodial 304L DN64CF Viewport8 to 10 weeks delivery£177.23A zero length viewport has a thickness no larger than that of its mounting flange. This makes it easier to protect from accidental damage.
