Introduction

We are delighted to announce the acquisition of two advanced CNC machines from DMG Mori. These state-of-the-art machines represent a significant investment in our commitment to delivering unparalleled precision, repeatability, and efficiency in our production processes.

The acquired machines include:

1.     NTX2500: A multi-tasking machining centre designed for the production of highly complex and accurate components complete in a single operation. With a maximum envelope of 670mm diameter and 1500mm length, it ensures optimal efficiency and precision for medium size components.

2.     NLX2000: a universal multi-axis turning centre equipped with a bar feeder and parts ejector, this machine extends production runs into unmanned hours for components under 65mm in diameter and 300mm in length, greatly enhancing productivity for smaller components.

Investment

This strategic investment underscores our dedication to pushing the boundaries of technological advancement in manufacturing. By integrating these cutting-edge machines into our operations, we will enhance our production capacity and elevate our supply chain efforts for our valued customers.

The investment also saw the installation and commissioning of a new Mazak last year. This large scale machine centre, now fully operational, is ideal for complex scientific chambers <1m3 requiring precision engineering and manufacturing techniques.

The commissioning of the new Mori machines is scheduled in the coming months, and we are thrilled about the transformative impact they will have on our capabilities. We are committed to keeping you informed throughout the entire process and invite you to witness the installation journey on our company's social media pages.
